Deevee Solutions recruits Management and Engineering Graduates and Postgraduates from various disciplines according to specific business requirements. The new recruits are then run through a structured orientation programme that gives them exposure to all functional areas. Support is provided through a process of mentoring where a senior manager assists the new recruit to manage his/her transition from the academic world to that of industry smoothly.
